basically, windows has give you bandwidth limit till 20 percent of total bandwidth, you can change your limit in windows XP OS with some changing, please see in below:

1. click start
2. click run
3. enter gpedit.msc
4. click ok
5. open administrative templates
6. open network
7. click Q0S packet scheduler
8. click limit reservable bandwidth
9. change setting to enable
10. change limit bandwidth to 0 (zero)
11. click apply and ok
12. close with this windows and restart your computer.

this tips has tested in windows XP. Hope can make your buffering become lost .

Sometimes for get efficient in worktime, we must have a good skill to operate computer operating system or software application. Some tools like “Mouse” have been standart equipment for those of users, but for me using “Mouse” and Keyboard at the same time will increase our worktime, this is a bit solution for solve this problem, the answer is shortcut. Situ gintung disaster

Almost several month has passed away, situ gintung  still evince many sadness. My home is not far from point of disaster, so i really know what have done. In my language this is not just a disaster, but tragedy.. yes i’m sure about that!

The government start from President, Vice President, Governor down to Groove has visit in there, they voiced all about fast rescue, help, and certain concept for re-develop Situ gintung lake. Ups.. i’m forget many apparat also go along in this promise. Now, when i’m writing this post on june, i not see a movement for fulfill their promise.
